Coconut cupcakes are always fabulous, but they need a little chocolate to amp up the coconut flavor and really make it pop. So instead of a normal chocolate butter cake, I made it into triple chocolate cupcakes. Yes, it uses three different kind of chocolate in one cupcakes! Then to make these beauties even more delicate, I used freshly made white vanilla frosting and topped it off with Hawaiian coconut shavings.
It would be a sin not to have one :)
