This is my pride cheesecake, the one that taste so utterly heavenly, I have no other words to describe it. This is a no baked cheesecake and it does not used gelatin either which consequently produced an ice-cream like cheesecake that makes you beg for another slice. You better save a piece for yourself before this scrumptious cake gets devoured by others!
